COR Pilates Foundation I is the starting point for every student. Over the course of two 45-minute sessions, you will:

  • Review your health history and discuss any movement considerations.

  • Identify patterns to emphasize or avoid for safe, effective practice.

  • Learn the core principles of Pilates: breath-work, balance, and flow.

  • Be introduced to the reformer and studio safety protocols.

Completion of Foundation I prepares you to confidently join our duet and group classes.
