COR Pilates Foundation I is the starting point for every student. Over the course of two 45-minute sessions, you will:
Review your health history and discuss any movement considerations.
Identify patterns to emphasize or avoid for safe, effective practice.
Learn the core principles of Pilates: breath-work, balance, and flow.
Be introduced to the reformer and studio safety protocols.
